    President, TRA Prefect, and NAR Sr Section Advisor are ex-officio members of all committees.  We need other committee members, and we need chairs of each committee who will take on the administrative responsibility of scheduling the meetings, setting the agenda, and publishing minutes.   • • Communications and Public Relations
      Handles print and electronic publications as well as community outreach.
    • Range Operations
      Assign and coordinate set up and tear down of the rocket range, and schedule RSO and LCO and other volunteers to run the rocket range. Procures, maintains, and documents launch equipment. Responsible for interfacing with authorities having jurisdiction.
    • Safety/Training
      Chair must be NAR or TRA Level 2 or 3 certified member. Maintains a list of qualified RSO and LCO candidates. Documents range safety standards and roles and responsibilities for all range operations positions.
    • Membership
      Secretary is an additional ex-officio member. Responsible for the new and renewing membership processes, as well as distributing welcome  materials to new and renewing members.
    • Bylaws/Incorporation
      Created by 2021 board to handle the process of incorporation, achieving non profit status, and modifying bylaws accordingly.
    • Desert Heat
      Plans Desert Heat launch.
